At Terriva Vault, we know how much anticipation goes into ordering a collectible, premium gift, or fan merch piece you've been waiting for. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, package, and ship your order, and what to expect along the way. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packing.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
- During high-demand periods (new releases, promotions, or holiday seasons), processing may take slightly longer than usual. We will notify you by email if a significant delay is expected.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information where available.
2. Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery
After processing, standard shipping time is 14-18 business days. Combined with processing time, the total estimated delivery window is approximately 15-21 business days from the date your order is placed.
- These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, severe weather, or other events outside our control.
- Delivery times may be longer for remote areas, including U.S. territories and select international regions.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout once your order subtotal (before taxes and after discounts, unless otherwise stated) reaches $70.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link. You can also view order status and tracking at any time by logging into your account at terrivavault.com or by contacting us at support@terrivavault.com.
5. International Orders
- Customs duties, import taxes, and fees: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost or item price.
- International delivery estimates may be extended due to customs inspection or processing in the destination country, which is outside of Terriva Vault's control.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, and we are unable to mark orders as "gifts" or falsify customs declarations, as this is against international shipping regulations.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska, and to most international destinations. Certain remote or restricted regions may not be eligible for shipping, or may experience extended delivery times. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@terrivavault.com within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.
- Terriva Vault is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered to the address provided, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the issue.

8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Terriva Vault is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may require an additional shipping fee.
