These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of terrivavault.com (the "Site") operated by Terriva Vault ("Terriva Vault," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Terriva Vault

Terriva Vault is an online retailer of collectibles, premium gifts, and fan merchandise, designed and curated in-house for people who love to collect, display, and gift the things they're passionate about.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Products & Product Descriptions

• We make every effort to display product colors, packaging, and details as accurately as possible. Actual products may vary slightly from images due to screen settings, manufacturing batch variation, or photography lighting.
• Collectibles and limited-run items may have restricted availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities per order or per customer.
• We reserve the right, at any time, to discontinue products, correct pricing or description errors, and refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized/illegal activity.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your placement of an order is an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable inventory. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a full refund.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to order confirmation.
• Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address, where required by law.
• Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. See our Payment & Security Policy for accepted payment methods.

6. Shipping & Returns

Shipping timeframes, costs, and our return and refund process are described in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

• All original content on the Site, including the Terriva Vault name, logo, product photography, graphics, and site design, is the property of Terriva Vault and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information, including for orders or payment
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the security or functionality of the Site
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our permission
• Misrepresent your relationship with Terriva Vault when reselling or marketing products purchased from the Site

9. Limitation of Liability

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Terriva Vault, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation by contacting support@terrivavault.com. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The "Effective Date" above indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
